Welcome to PawBalance. By using our application, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description
PawBalance is a pet nutrition reference application that provides general information about food safety for dogs. The information provided is for educational purposes only and does not constitute veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian before making dietary changes for your pet.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use PawBalance. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the service.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each person may maintain only one account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from PawBalance; use the service for commercial purposes without permission; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service; redistribute food safety data from PawBalance.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within PawBalance, including the food safety database, user interface, and design, is owned by the operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without permission.
6. Disclaimer
Food safety information in PawBalance is provided for general guidance only. Individual dogs may have specific allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions that affect their dietary needs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information provided. Always consult your veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your pet.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of PawBalance, including but not limited to any adverse health outcomes for your pet based on information provided in the application.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to PawBalance at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, you will be asked to review and accept the updated terms before continuing to use PawBalance.
